Board of Directors

Ms. Marino became a member of Summer Infant's Board of Directors in August, 2015. From June 2011 until November 2014, Ms. Marino served as Group President, Accessories and Home, of LFUSA/Global Brands Group, a branded apparel, footwear, fashion accessories and related lifestyle product company, where she oversaw five divisions. Prior to joining LFUSA/Global Brands Group, Ms. Marino was CEO & President, Merchandising, at Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, which she originally joined in 2005 as President, Merchandising. Ms. Marino was also President and COO of Kate Spade (1999-2005), and prior to that, she served in a variety of management positions for fashion and retail companies such as Burberry Limited , Wathne LTD and Federated Department Stores, Inc. Ms. Marino brings to the Board over 35 years of sales and merchandising experience in consumer products. Ms. Marino has a B.B.A. from Stetson University.

Alan Mustacchi became a member of the Board of Directors of Summer Infant in May 2015. Mr. Mustacchi has over 25 years of executive financing experience, and currently is Executive Vice President, Capital Markets of GreenSky Trade Credit, LLC, a technology-focused consumer finance platform, which he joined in November 2014. Prior to joining GreenSky, Mr. Mustacchi was Managing Director and Head of Consumer Products & Specialty Retail Investment Banking of Dresner Partners, a middle market investment bank specializing in merger & acquisition advisory, institutional private placements of debt and equity, financial restructuring and corporate turnaround, valuation and strategic consulting. He also has been Managing Director, Investment Banking of Navigant Capital Advisors, LLC, Managing Director, Merchant Banking Group, at BNP Paribas, where he spent 10 years, and Vice President of The Bank of New York in its commercial finance group. Early in his career, Mr. Mustacchi spent six years as a Certified Public Accountant. He holds an M.B.A. in Finance and International Business, and a B.S. in Accounting and Economics and from New York University’s Stern School of Business.

Stephen Zelkowicz became a member of the Board of Directors of Summer Infant in August 2014. Since February 1999, Mr. Zelkowicz has served as an equity research analyst at Wynnefield Capital, with a focus on the consumer product/retail and agribusiness/consumer foods sectors. Additionally, Mr. Zelkowicz supervises all trading operations for Wynnefield funds. From April 2013 to August 2013, Mr. Zelkowicz was appointed and served as a member of the Equity Committee of Rotech Healthcare, a provider of home respiratory therapy and durable medical equipment services, representing the interests of equity holders during the company’s reorganization process. From September 2005 to November 2007, Mr. Zelkowicz served on the Board of Directors of Sherpa Service Corps, Inc. (a private company), a service provider enabling subscribing institutions to accelerate academic and other institutions’ enrollment of international students and facilitating the institutions’ compliance federal statutory obligations. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania.

Evelyn D'An became a member of the Board of Directors of Summer Infant in November 2016. Evelyn D’An established her own strategic consulting firm, D’An Financial Services, in 2004, where she currently serves as president. She worked in various positions of increasing responsibility at Brightstar Corporation from 2010-2014, prior to which she provided the company with consulting/advisory services. Her last position at Brightstar was CFO of the joint venture Brightstar ERV, managing all financial aspects of the organization, which handles the recycling of mobile devices. Ms. D’An was employed by Ernst & Young from 1986- 2004 and became the first Hispanic female partner in the Southeast region. She graduated with a Masters of Accounting from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Science from the State University of Albany and is a licensed CPA.

Mr. Train became a member of Summer Infant's Board of Directors in August 2017. Mr. Train is a co-founder and managing partner of OBERLAND, a branding agency based in New York City. Mr. Train brings nearly 15 years of experience to Summer Infant working with corporate, non-profit, and public sector organizations. Earlier in his career, he worked extensively on such well-known global brands as HSBC, Verizon, UPS, Puma, and Lufthansa in North America and China while at agencies such as J. Walter Thompson, MRM Worldwide, and FCB. In addition, he has received several national and global awards for marketing and public relations through traditional, digital, social and mobile campaigns. Mr. Train holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Richmond.

Stuart Noyes joined SUMR Brands as interim CEO in December, 2019; he was made CEO and a member of the board of directors in December, 2020.

He is a founder and managing partner of Winter Harbor and has more than 25 years of experience in executive and general management, operations, procurement, creditor negotiations, and finance. He has participated in several out-of-court and Chapter 11 reorganizations, divestitures, liquidations, mergers, and acquisitions of businesses. Mr. Noyes holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Utah and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Maine.
